Submission
Only full papers will be eligible for publication in the conference proceedings. Both accepted full papers and abstracts will be invited for oral or poster presentations at the conference venue.
Submissions must be original and not previously published, nor submitted for publication elsewhere prior to this conference’s review notification date. Conference organizers are responsible for the technical quality of paper on the basis of reviews obtained. Authors bear sole responsibility for any plagiarism detected in their paper, even at later stages of quality checks. No registration fees will be refunded if a paper is excluded from the proceedings by the Publisher due to such issues.
The official language of the conference is English. All papers must be written in English and must be formatted in PDF according to the following instructions.
Abstract
Abstract-only submission will be included in conference program, but will not published, and authors will be invited to give an oral/poster presentation on site.
Full papers
Prospective authors should submit original papers detailing new theoretical or experimental research; submissions must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Papers should ideally be no more than 10 pages, including figures, tables, and references (additional pages may incur a surcharge). Submissions will be evaluated based on their originality, significance, interest, clarity, relevance, correctness, and presentation. Each paper will undergo review by a minimum of two to three members from the program and technical committees. The conference’s official language is English, and all papers must be written in English, formatted in both Word and PDF according to provided instructions. To ensure publication in the proceedings, each accepted paper requires presentation by one of the authors and at least one full SSAUR 2026 registration payment.
